We are a set decorator team with over 25 years of experience, carrying on the work and spirit of former set decorator Gábor Nagy from film to film, advertisement to advertisement.
Having started as a family business, our company is today a lively team of creative colleagues realizing the visual worlds of different projects under the management of company manger Heni Nagy.
Some members of our cohesive team have been working together for over 20 to 30 years, however, we happily welcome new and motivated members of the new film crew generation as well. Our primary goal is to create value: we are creating with our hearts and souls!
Our work is supported by a stable background: we also own storage facilities and trucks; productions are served by antique and modern furniture as well as props on several hundreds of square meters.
Set decorator Gábor Nagy was born in the sixties and, after his schools, he started his career at the largest and most significant film studio in Hungary and a strategic base for the Hungarian film industry, MAFILM (today: NFI Studio) in 1980. Through his years there, he worked together with iconic names of the filmmaking profession; in 1995 he has founded his own company and started to build his own team active in this field right until now. He was an extremely creative and hard-working man with a good sense of humour as well as a leader respected by his colleagues and also by the fellow professionals.
He worked with big names like Steven Spielberg, Academy Award winners like László Nemes-Jeles or Kristóf Deák. He was related to Hungarian popular films, he was happy to work with directors Gábor Herendi, Krisztina Goda, Károly Ujj Mészáros and Nimród Antal.
He had a great relationship with producers István Major és Tamás Zákonyi; his fellow creators became his friends like visual designers Viktória Horváth and Zsolt Nánássy.
He was characterized by precision and a high sense of beauty, fine style impossible to learn in school as well as an amazing ability of finding solutions in any situation. He was an excellent mentor able to learn from purely with experience and observation: it was an honour work with him. He was an ageless idol, and we are very proud to carry on his work in a moody atmosphere created by him.
Sadly, as passed away suddenly, also fellow professionals, friends and family are sad to lose him, but his heritage lives on: we tell stories about the beauty of our profession thinking in new perspectives and with new stories. Our aim is to be worthy of his reputation and leave a mark in film history: this is the heritage of Gábor and our privilege.

The recent years have brought a lot of new experience: we glowed in Christmas mood for over half a year with the film Nagykarácsony, participated of original Netflix productions, travelled to the space with a Hungarian-American coproduction sci-fi, created a stunning television film based on the book of Géza Gárdonyi, had the chance to work with Lajos Koltai, and, to take a close look at the work of Ignác Semmelweis.
We have an enormous amount of plans and work to be realized, we aim at growing and flying high in the film industry.
We plan to expand our inventory with new investments, also attract and involve eager, ambitious youngsters to share the secrets of set decorating with them. Incorporating past experiences and present opportunities, we are heading towards creating a flourishing future as a team.
